
Dietitian Services
Healthy eating and nutrition counselling and programs are led by Bridges CHC’s Registered Dietitian.
Programs are designed to support and improve:
- awareness of healthy, well-balanced eating
- label reading and meal planning
- and food skills to prepare quick, tasty, low-cost meals.
Who Can Access Dietitian Services?:
Nutrition counselling is available to community members living in Fort Erie, Port Colborne, or Wainfleet and who do not have private insurance or a workplace benefit plan. Time limited sessions with a Registered Dietitian will provide clients with the opportunity to learn more about Canada’s food guide, your relationship with food, and the potential of food to support your mental and physical health.

GROUP PROGRAMS AND COOKING CLASSES
Gain confidence in the kitchen, learn more about eating well on a budget, and how to improve your overall heath by attending on of our group programs. Group programs, presentations, workshops and interactive cooking classes are open to everyone in the community at no cost. Registration is required.
